Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds will be issued: (where applicable)
* Books showing signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that is missing parts for any reason that is not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received the returned item. We'll also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (where applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, discounted items are not.
Exchanges (where applicable)
We will only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you wish to replace your item with an identical one, please email us at GLOWYSPARK.TEAM@GMAIL.COM and send your item to : 761 RUE DU MUGUET, SAINTE-AGATHE-DES-MONTS, QC, J8C E07, Canada.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not indicated as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you later, we will send them the refund and they will know that you have returned their gift.
Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted.
The time it takes to receive an exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $100, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
