HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS ?
We take 1-3 days to process your order and 6-10 days for delivery.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP ?
At the moment, we offer shipping exclusively to Ontario, Canada. We’re planning to expand to other provinces in the future—stay tuned!
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ?
Once an order has been placed, it is sent as quickly as possible to one of our shipping centers, from where your item will be dispatched.
We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. You can then check the progress of your order on our website in the “Track my order” tab, using your email address and order number.
IS PAYMENT SECURE ?
Yes, our store is completely secure, and we use SSL encryption to protect your personal and confidential data. We use Stripe's secure payment systems.

- Daily Structure: Each page includes a morning section with 3 questions to start your day and an evening section with 2 questions for nightly reflection.

HOW CAN I INCORPORATE THE JOURNAL INTO MY DAILY ROUTINE?
- Morning (3 minutes): Begin your day by answering the 3 morning questions to cultivate a positive mindset.
- Evening (2 minutes): Conclude your day by reflecting on the 2 evening questions to appreciate and learn from the day.
- Consistency: Dedicate 5 minutes a day to your journal to maximize its benefits for your well-being and personal growth.
Here are some tips for incorporating the journal into your daily routine:
- Set a Dedicated Time: Choose a specific time each day—morning, evening, or during a break—to use the journal consistently.
- Start Small: Begin with just 5-10 minutes a day. This makes the habit easy to adopt without feeling overwhelming.
- Pair with an Existing Habit: Tie journaling to a current routine, such as right after your morning coffee, before bed, or during your lunch break.
- Create a Comfortable Space: Set up a quiet, inviting spot where you can focus and reflect without distractions.
- Use Prompts: Follow the journal's prompts (if it includes any) or write about specific topics such as goals, gratitude, or reflections on your day.
- Be Flexible: If life gets busy, adapt by writing shorter entries or skipping sections—consistency matters more than perfection.
I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
Have you received confirmation that your order has been shipped? If your order has been shipped for more than 3 weeks, please contact us with your order number. We will launch an investigation and get back to you within 48 hours.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
We're sorry, unfortunately this can happen. Please contact us, explaining the problem and enclosing a photo as proof. We'll do our best to find a solution.
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Absolutely, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product you are not completely satisfied with.
You must send us a request by e-mail (glowyspark.team@gmail.com) and return your items to the postal address indicated on the Returns Policy page. Returns are made exclusively by post to our address, and you will be notified of the return costs by e-mail. Upon receipt, your order will be fully refunded.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR BENEFITING FROM THE “SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED” GUARANTEE ?
You must be within 30 days of the date of receipt of your order to benefit from the “Satisfied or your money back” guarantee. You must contact us before any return in order to follow the procedure, and the product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
IN WHAT CASES WILL I NOT BE REIMBURSED ?
If the product has been used and cannot be resold as is.
If the shipment has not arrived at its destination due to an error in the delivery address given when the order was placed.
If the returns process has not been respected.
