TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 — GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("TCS") govern transactions conducted on the Operator's website ("Site Operator"). The TCS are permanently available on the Site for consultation and can be provided to the client upon request.
By placing an order, acceptance of the TCS is mandatory. The client validates acceptance by checking a dedicated box or clicking a specific button confirming they have read and accepted the TCS before finalizing their purchase.
Order confirmation by the buyer signifies acceptance of the TCS in effect at the time of the order. The Operator agrees to archive and reproduce these TCS for future reference.
ARTICLE 2 — PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The site offers online sales of the following products: Seat cushion ("Product(s)").
Each Product is presented with a detailed description and non-contractual images.
Note: All Products comply with applicable Canadian laws and standards.
ARTICLE 3 — ORDERS
Products are offered subject to availability. If a Product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the client will be informed and may choose between:

Receiving a product of equivalent quality and price, or

Obtaining a refund within thirty (30) days.
Except for the right of withdrawal, orders are considered firm and final.
ARTICLE 4 & 5 — PAYMENT TERMS
Payments are made in Canadian dollars (CAD).
The price displayed includes all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees may apply and are clearly indicated before the final order confirmation.
ARTICLE 6 — CONTRACT FORMATION
The contract between the Site Operator and the Client is concluded through the "double-click" process: product selection, TCS acceptance, and payment.
This action constitutes an electronic signature.
ARTICLE 7 — RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
Products remain the exclusive property of the Operator until full payment is received.
ARTICLE 8 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Deliveries are limited to Canada.
The Operator agrees to deliver within thirty (30) days of order receipt.
Delivery times are indicated during the order process.
The client must verify the condition of the Products upon receipt.
ARTICLE 9 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Client has thirty (30) days from the date of receipt to return a Product without providing any justification.
Return shipping costs are at the Client’s expense unless the Product is defective or non-compliant.
The Product must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all accessories.
Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days following receipt of the returned Product.

ARTICLE 11 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements on the Site are protected and remain the exclusive property of the Operator.
ARTICLE 12 — LIABILITY AND LEGAL WARRANTY

The Client benefits from the legal warranties provided under Canadian law (Consumer Protection Act, Civil Code of Quebec).
Warranty periods: Two (2) years for conformity and hidden defects.
Return procedures are available upon request or via the Site.
ARTICLE 13 — PERSONAL DATA
For more information regarding the use of personal data by the Operator, please consult the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
ARTICLE 14 — HYPERLINKS
The Operator is not responsible for third-party website content accessed via hyperlinks present on the Site.
ARTICLE 15 — REFERENCES
The Client authorizes the Operator to use their first name and review for promotional purposes unless they expressly refuse.
ARTICLE 16 — GENERAL PROVISIONS
If any provision of the TCS is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
ARTICLE 17 — REVIEW VERIFICATION PROCEDURE
Reviews posted on the Site are moderated and linked to verified purchases.

ARTICLE 18 — CLAIMS AND MEDIATION
In case of dispute, the Client must first contact customer service:

If no satisfactory solution is found within ten (10) business days, the Client may submit the dispute to a private Canadian mediator (for Quebec: Option consommateurs, Éducaloi, or other appropriate resource).
Failing amicable resolution, the Client retains the right to bring the dispute before the competent Canadian courts.
ARTICLE 19 — APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada and Quebec.
ARTICLE 20 — ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an order, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The applicable TCS are those available at the time of the order. Any later modifications do not apply to previous orders unless expressly agreed by the Client.
